Image Transfer Workshop & Holiday Home Tour

Come and join us for an afternoon of holiday festivities where we will be making vintage holiday-themed image transfer artwork that you will get to take home! Not only will you be learning the art of image transferring, you will also get to tour the beautifully decorated home of Michele Rivard, the owner of knot too shabby! In the workshop, you will choose from a selection of winter and Christmas images and learn the entire process of image transferring from start to finish. You will learn:
- how to treat and prep your wood surface for transfer
- how to successfully transfer the image and the appropriate products to use for a consistent transfer method
- how to remove the paper
- how to distress and seal the finished product
- how to adapt a small image on a large surface (i.e. desk, dresser, buffet, etc.)
At the end of the workshop you will take home two pieces of image transfer artwork.
