This class covers the basics of how to apply\, distress and wax over common furniture finishes. We’ll answer all the questions you didn’t even know you had and cover the most frequently asked questions we get from our customers! \nHere are the rules: \n\nBring a small piece of furniture (like a small chair\, side table or stool)\nAll supplies are included so you don’t need to bring any special tools or supplies\nYou’ll need to get your first coat of paint on in advance! We’ll hook you up with the paint that you need!!!! This allows us to dive right into the fun of things and allows you to come ready with questions and a bit of experience! If getting to the shop in advance is a problem\, no worries…just select shipping at check-out\, include your color of choice in the comments and we’ll get a small pot shipped out to you!\nWe are maxing the in person class size to just four people.\nThe workshop fee is for one person (unless you signed up for a couples class). If the hubby (or your bestie\, or mom\, or sister\, or running partner. etc.) wants to come “observe” from the sidelines\, they’ll have to pay for they’re own spot. We’re more than happy to send silent observers to enjoy the local shops and eateries.  It’s super awkward when we have to ask people to leave so PLEASE don’t make us do it.\n\n*ALL WORKSHOPS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE!!! SUMMARY:Kitchen Cabinet Painting Workshop
DESCRIPTION:Book your Spot\nYour dream kitchen awaits and you can be the DIY master! This one-on-one workshop is tailored specifically to your color preferences\, style and design. During the workshop\, I’ll show you how to prep your cabinetry\, how to create the desired style of finish and how to seal them with wax so they have a durable and sustainable finish. \nBring FOUR cabinet doors\, at least one of which should be above or around your stove and the others should be no larger than 36″ tall. Prior to the workshop\, you’ll need to remove all hardware including the brackets as well as complete a basic cleaning. You can use Dawn dish soap and a coarse sponge or your favorite kitchen product to clean them. During the workshop\, we’ll apply the necessary coats to the outside of the cabinet only. Allow for extra time if you choose white as your color. \nThis is a private workshop with the option to book with a friend who can help you get a jump start on your kitchen. If you book the workshop for two\, bring eight cabinet doors instead of four.  \nPaint and supplies provided. \nThere will be a short 30-40 minute break mid-class for you to grab a bite to eat\, enjoy the product in knot too shabby or visit some of the other local shops. You are welcome to bring your own snacks. We have a fridge and microwave that we are willing to share! \n*ALL WORKSHOPS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE!!!
