DESCRIPTION:Book your Spot\nYour dream kitchen awaits and you can be the DIY master! This one-on-one workshop is tailored specifically to your color preferences\, style and design. During the workshop\, I’ll show you how to prep your cabinetry\, how to create the desired style of finish and how to seal them with wax so they have a durable and sustainable finish. \nBring FOUR cabinet doors\, at least one of which should be above or around your stove and the others should be no larger than 36″ tall. Prior to the workshop\, you’ll need to remove all hardware including the brackets as well as complete a basic cleaning. You can use Dawn dish soap and a coarse sponge or your favorite kitchen product to clean them. During the workshop\, we’ll apply the necessary coats to the outside of the cabinet only. Allow for extra time if you choose white as your color. \nThis is a private workshop with the option to book with a friend who can help you get a jump start on your kitchen. If you book the workshop for two\, bring eight cabinet doors instead of four.  \nPaint and supplies provided. \nThere will be a short 30-40 minute break mid-class for you to grab a bite to eat\, enjoy the product in knot too shabby or visit some of the other local shops. You will learn how to prep your copper pieces\, sift your counter enamel on the back\, then finally fire to melt the glass. Your design will be scratched (Sgraffito!) into your base liquid enamel once applied and dried on the front. Transparent enamels will then be painted on to add color and dimension after your base coat is torched. A couple firings later and you will achieve your beautiful\, unique results. The possibilities are endless!\n\nTorch experience helpful but not required.\n\n*$115.00 – Includes 2 sets of copper blanks\, use of enamels\, tools\, torch and fuel.
