Removing this vintage wardrobe from a neglected state right here in Monrovia was a true test of Tetris skills! This handmade wood wardrobe was nestled deep in a basement, long forgotten with all manner of vintage oddities being stored in it.
We man-handled this large piece around tight corners and up an extremely narrow and dark stairwell to the light of day.
The body is painted in Miss Mustard Seed’s Milk Paint Artissimo, a rich midnight blue color. The inside is a slightly lighter shade of blue and the doors have vintage inspired paper decopauged onto them for a bit of whimsical design and a fun pop of color.
Original wheels allow for easy maneuverability (as long as you aren’t going down a basement).
