Last week, I refinished a super cute drop leaf coffee table/side table.

The whole table only took one coat and 3 ounces of paint. I mixed 2 oz. of Versailles with 1 oz. of Aubusson Blue which gave me this creamy, sea foamy green color.

I found a vintage magazine ad from The Graphics Fairy and copied it onto the table using a paint pen.

I loved it so much that I took it home with me the day I finished it. I put it in the living room but it didn’t work. I moved it to my family room. But, it didn’t work. I tried it in my bedroom but it was too big. It just wasn’t going to work in my house so I brought it back to the store.

I really liked how this table turned out and was talking to Caitlin about how we need to put more furniture in our etsy store. But, we wanted it to be more speacialty pieces…you know, those one of a kind finds that if you love it you have to get it because you’ll NEVER see it anywhere else. So, this table will be going in the etsy store and I started a new project this week specifically with etsy in mind. A perfectly plain set of chairs that needed a little sprucing up and some “one of a kind-ness!” Macy helped me by painting the set and I put the finishing details on them.

These identical chairs are painted in different shades of Annie Sloan Chalk Paint with a fun vintage graphic downloaded from the Graphics Fairy and transferred to each seat by hand with a paint pen.

This one is my favorite! Painted in Versailles with a vintage tricycle.

This one is French Linen.

Duck Egg Blue. Wish I could find me some more of those fans!

Painted in Old Ochre.

Chateau Grey with the Winking Lady. Lesson here…don’t try and free hand people. The eyes look weird.

I’m debating on whether or not to take this set home and use them as my kitchen chairs. It would be a nice change and I really like them. We’ll see.

They’ll be on etsy soon! But until then, you can see them in the store!
