Antique Leather Bound Holy Bible 1891

To the best of my research, I believe this antique Holy Bible is copyright 1891. This is a beautiful, aged book complete with vintage patina. Beautiful details adorn the front cover and spine in black leaves and branches. The cover is a dark brown, but you can see in the photos some fading on the back cover and spine, possibly due to sun and light exposure or general wear. The pages are gold gilded with signs of water stains and other wear. Definitely a book to add to ones collection of antique classics. The inside cover is filled with family inscriptions from as far back as 1891. The binding is slightly detached on the top. The Bible is extremely heavy and should be read or displayed with great care as to avoid further damage to the binding.
