Well? I admit, it takes just the right person to love this chair! I had a set of two of these cute owl upholstered chairs and one of them sold less than 30 minutes after I put it out front!
This is what it looked like before we tackled these chairs.
Pretty gnarly. Actually, nothing pretty about it.
We took the seats off and replaced the upholstery. This was Macy’s first upholstery re-do, and she did an awesome job!
I painted the chairs a darker limey/olive green to match the owls and distressed them so that the dark wood color peeked through.
I love the fabric! I bought it full price in a complete moment of weakness!
The final product was completely worth it!
