Description

What makes your furniture stand apart from everyone else? In a world where inspiration and information abounds, it’s easier and easier to draw from the ideas and designs of others in your own refinishing efforts. Set the bar high and become the standard in furniture refinishing and DIY home decor ideas!

This jam-packed, 2 day workshop and retreat will inspire you to explore the decorative possibilities and uses of both Chalk Paint® by Annie Sloan and Miss Mustard Seed’s Milk Paint. It’s a retreat structured for those who are selling furniture and other home decor for profit in the community, online or at various retail locations. Where others just paint and wax, I’ll teach you how to blend colors and create color waxes to add debth and shading on your furniture. Where others are just adding paper and doing simple decoupage, I’ll show you had to give your decoupage added patina with a crackeling effect! Where others are frustrated in their use of manipulating milk paint finishes, I’ll teach you how to manipulate the paint and your piece to get just the right amount of chippiness…or no chipping at all!

We’ll talk business practices, best marketing results and anything else on your mind as a growing entrepreneur.
